First Mutual wins 200-vehicle Fina contract

FUEL company Fina has outsourced management of its 200-strong British car fleet to Cardiff-based First Mutual Contracts. The leasing company has been supplying Fina with cars for some years, but has now been chosen to take on management of the mixed-badge fleet as well. The role was previously handled in-house, but staff have been relocated within Fina. New services set up by FMC include a telephone hotline to help Fina employees with motoring queries.

John Tumelty, operations director of FMC, said: 'Fina has been an FMC customer for the past seven years and the winning of the outsourcing contract is a resounding endorsement of the quality of service and product which FMC provides. Our dedicated telephone hotline will ensure that a person fully conversant with the needs of the Fina driver are on hand to answer any motoring enquiries they may have and solve any problem they may encounter.'
