GREATER choice and higher value are to spearhead a New Year drive by Honda to win more corporate sales for the British-built Accord saloon range. Two new models will join fresh derivatives to swell the upper-medium executive range from six to 10 manual cars, plus another five automatics - all equipped with air conditioning and alloy wheels as standard - in January.

Honda UK corporate sales manager Nicholas Phillips said: 'We want the Accord to appeal to a wider customer base as we plan for our all-new replacement range about 12 months from now. Our predicted total of 9,200 corporate registrations for this year provides us with a strong platform for business in 1998 during the run up to the arrival of the sixth-generation Accord line-up.'
