Hartwell and FSG launch specialised funding plan

HARTWELL Motor Contracts and Fleet Support Group have teamed up to provide fleets with a highly specialist fleet funding and management solution called Connections. This is billed as a hybrid of Hartwell's financial expertise and FSG's fleet management specialism to offer the best of both worlds.

The companies claim fleets can negotiate the most competitive terms for their vehicles by analysing the finance and maintenance elements separately, and they have set out to challenge the traditional choice fleets have faced between outright purchase or contract hire.

Connections offers a range of finance options, including finance lease, operating lease, contract purchase or lease purchase, while the fleet management service is provided on a pay-on-use basis, with no management fee, nationwide pricing, free collection and delivery of cars requiring work, and a 24-hour, 365 days a year driver support centre. Fleets pay via a single monthly direct debit, with bespoke reports backing up the invoice and detailing maintenance expenditure.
