Awards night already a sell-out

THE 1997 Fleet News Awards is a sell-out with more than 1,000 people from the fleet industry scheduled to attend the fleet night of the year on March 26 at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.

This year's awards will be hosted by former British tennis star turned BBC Television sports presenter Sue Barker with music by American soul artiste Edwin Starr and Premier Crew fronted by the ever-popular Del Bingley. A total of 30 awards will be presented to fleet managers, manufacturers and service companies. The winners of the fleet manager and service company awards were selected from a record entry.
