TWO more directors have left vehicle technology group Toad, a month after chief executive Charles Parker's departure from the loss-making company. Parker resigned last month after less than six weeks as chief executive.

Now the company has announced that managing director of Toad Innovations Kevin Turnbull and Secur-Fix and international director of Toad Innovations Iain Brown have left the company as a result of cost-cutting measures.

Toad said the departures of Turnbull and Brown were the result of an overhead review announced earlier this year. Turnbull was previously chief executive but was made managing director of Toad Innovations, the company's main subsidiary, when Parker was appointed.
