Fleets positive as 100 drive new Daewoos in Korea

BRITISH fleet managers have been given a pre-launch preview of Daewoo's trio of new models - the Lanos, the Nubira and the Leganza - set to arrive in the UK later this year.

The cars were shown to nearly 100 fleet industry personnel invited to visit Daewoo's Korean car manufacturing plants in Pupyoung, Kunsan and Changwon and the huge Daewoo super-tanker shipyard in Okpo. Fleet and special sales manager Stewart Wright said feedback on the vehicles had been very positive.

Fleet managers on the trip were given the chance to drive the new cars, which Daewoo hopes will have greater fleet appeal than the existing range.
