Perry contract is no micro deal!

PERRY Contract Hire has won a £500,000 solus deal to supply an anticipated 30 to 35 Ford Mondeos to scientific instruments manufacturer Micromass UK. Wythenshawe-based Micromass UK's fleet was previously handled by Cowie Interleasing under a non-maintenance contract hire deal. Following a reappraisal of its corporate fleet business in December, Ruislip-based Perry Contract Hire beat six other companies to win the business, this time on a with-maintenance basis.

Micromass accountant Chris Buxton said: 'We chose to go with Perry Contract Hire because we were looking for increased efficiency and improved value for money and they have been able to offer us the most cost-effective combination of price and quality back-up service.'

The Mondeo 2-litre LX estates will be used by its sales and service staff and the deal includes accident management, as well as full maintenance.
