Powermarque lands £9.5 million deal

POWERMARQUE has won a contract worth £9.5 million over the next 12 months to provide Anglian Water with 850 cars on contract hire. Powermarque is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglian Water, and took over the fleet management of its parent's commercial vehicle fleet nine months ago.

Anglian Water's contract manager Catherine Lawrence said: 'Powermarque has demonstrated high levels of customer service combined with a proactive and professional approach, providing us with the confidence to place the company car fleet with them.'

Meanwhile, Powermarque has made several key appointments to its board of management, including Steve Jones as commercial manager, David Wright as operations manager, and Alistair Robertson as finance manager. Managing director James Daly said: 'We have now put together a dynamic management team and we are looking forward to shaking the establishment with our refreshing approach.'
