On each day delegates will have the opportunity to attend three 75-minute seminars which this year are being held by Deloitte & Touche, Shell Fuel and Fleet Services and Swan National. Vauxhall Motors is sponsoring a helpdesk where delegates will be able to have their questions answered by HM Customs & Excise and the Association of Car Fleet Operators. There will also be special software demonstrations at both venues from a number of leading fleet software providers.

The fee: Your company will be invoiced by Emap Automotive Events at £99.00 + VAT per person (£116.33 gross) per Roadshow. Once we have received your booking payment, we will send you confirmation together with your seminar booking times.

Payment terms: Provided written notice is received no later than 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund less a handling charge of £25 + VAT. However, if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the event no refund will be given. Substitute delegates can be accepted if confirmed in writing to the organisers.

Insurance: The organisers cannot be made liable for accidents to delegates or for damage to, or loss of, their personal property, howsoever caused.
