Daewoo in multi-million pound deals

Daewoo scored a multi-million pound double within three hours of the doors opening on the Fleet Show. Two accident management service companies spent an estimated £5.7 million on new cars.

Bolton-based H and M Fleet Services signed up for 100 Nubira and another 100 Lanos and Leganza cars worth a total of £2.2 million at showroom prices. In the second deal, Cheshire Fleet Services placed a £3.5 million order for 350 Lanos, Nubira and Leganza models to join the 450 cars bought at the start of the year for the company's operation, which supplies the insurance industry with replacement vehicles.
