Marshall to centralise operation

EAST Anglian-based Marshall Motor Group is gearing up to streamline its fleet operation. A central administration office is planned to give its fleet sales offices throughout the country fast access to administrative help and fleet availability information by creating a central database.

It is also creating a new position of group fleet manager to co-ordinate the drive. Two administration staff will be taken on at the centre, which is expected to be in a Cambridgeshire dealership.
