THE AT&T Translease system has been acquired by IT services and business consultancy company Cap Gemini for an undisclosed sum. AT&T Translease is a computer-based authorisation and invoice forwarding system which links large fleets and leasing companies to dealers and garages.
Cap Gemini has bought AT&T's UK Finance and Commerce arm, which includes Translease, for an undisclosed sum, and 150 AT&T staff will now join Cap Gemini. Translease has promised a seamless transition with no impact on the service delivered to fleets.
