Dixons sells Plunkett to Partco

DIXON Motors has sold its Plunkett parts business to the Partco Group for £3.25 million.

Plunkett operates from six branches in Yorkshire and Humberside and was acquired by Dixons in July 1996 as part of the £5.9 million acquisition of The Gordon Plunkett Group which also comprised a parts distribution businesses which was sold in November last year for £9.5 million.
