Suzuki gauges public reaction to Wagon RR

SUZUKI was displaying its Wagon RR town car at the show to gauge public reaction to see if it is worth importing the car into Britain. The 650cc, three-cylinder turbocharged car is one of the top sellers in Japan.

Two all-new Suzuki models were also on show in London prior to their launch here next year - a three-door version of the Grand Vitara 2.0-litre and a soft-top Jimny. The Jimny is on sale in the spring with a 1.3-litre 16-valve engine, while the Grand Vitara has a 2.0-litre 16-valve 126bhp unit.
