Camry gets a facelift for 2000

TOYOTA has launched a facelifted Camry model featuring extra standard equipment and realigned prices for the year 2000.

Key changes to the model include a new front grille and front bumper, larger front fog-lights, chrome rubbing strips and a redesigned rear bumper and light cluster. The new entry-level Camry, the 2.2-litre 16-valve manual, costs £20,180 on-the-road - the same as the out-going version.
