KWIK-FIT Fleet has launched a new 'passport' for company car drivers heading across the Channel that will give them account-customer status across a network of almost 1,000 continental centres. They will be able to buy products and services on account overseas in the same way that they would buy fast-fit services at a Kwik-Fit outlet in the UK.

Simon Roper, sales and marketing director, said: 'It will mean a seamless transition from the UK to the continent and any work undertaken during their trip will be included in their normal invoice, with no additional paperwork or administration.' The enhanced service follows the integration of IT systems between Kwik-Fit and the Speedy Pitstop chain that has 568 centres across France, Germany, Belgium and Spain. Kwik-Fit already had just over 200 centres under its own name in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Kwik-Fit Fleet has prepared a special 'Europack' to help drivers locate the nearest centre on the continent and will invoice fleet customers in Sterling. Fleet managers can obtain copies of the 'Europack' by calling a special hotline number: 01727 840206.
