Neon debuts new Chrysler badge

A NEW winged badge will debut on the Chrysler Neon when it arrives in the UK next month. The international symbol, which will be phased in to all Chrysler products, is intended to symbolise power and flight as the firm prepares for the next millennium.

Using a winged badge goes back to the early 1900s when the Chrysler range first sported a winged radiator cap. It will cover the entire range by the end of 2000.
