This year's event will be running three specialised learning theatres:

Fleet Management Theatre: Visitors will explore the everyday basics of running a fleet, with discussion topics that include safety, compliance and electrification.

Strategy and Leadership Theatre: Attendees will take a look into areas of the sector with the greatest impact on how fleets operate. Attention will be given to challenges, transferrable skills, and establishing durable policy strategies.

HR, Finance and Procurement Theatre: Examining fleet responsibilities and how they can be incorporated into the various departments across an organisation. This theatre is aimed at HR, finance and procurement professionals and will touch on areas like TCO, salary sacrifice, and the relationship between procurement and fleet.

The event will be running other in-person features, such as the Vans At Work zone where visitors can engage with suppliers and a vehicle showcase, the micromobility zone with displays and examples of this emerging field, the E-Street and EV Café with the latest in electrification, the AFP Hub for networking and sharing solutions, and more.
