Sheikh, raffle and Rolls!

ROLLS-Royce has signed its largest-ever deal to supply 31 cars to the Dubai government. The 31 Silver Seraphs, worth around £4.9 million, will be used as raffle prizes by the government during the country's annual shopping festival in March.

One of the cars will be given away each day. Just 5,000 tickets are available for each of the daily draws, costing £34. The Crewe-based company's previous largest deal was for 10 cars for a hotel in Hong Kong.
