Black and Decker goes for PHH

PHH Vehicle Management has won a phased take-over contract to manage Black and Decker's 250-strong fleet.

The contract will include contract hire, driver services and accident management for the fleet which is made up of 220 cars used by managers and sales team and 30 light commercial vehicles. The contract extends to 400 vehicles based in mainland Europe which PHH will support with its European partner Arval.
