Chevin updates RoadBASE to make it more user-friendly

CHEVIN Computer Systems launched its new package - RoadBASE Contract Manager at the Fleet Show. The package is aimed at fleet management companies and includes most aspects of fleet management, from original vehicle quotation, to payment terms and invoicing.

It contains a link to the David Henley TopCalc system. Ashley Sowerby, Chevin managing director, said: 'We have had some very positive feedback so far and all the companies which have seen it have been impressed.' Chevin has further refined RoadBASE for Windows in a bid to make the system even more 'user-friendly' and efficient with enhanced shortcuts, quick links, 'smart-tools' and user-definable screens facility.

Easy-Fleet, the system for smaller fleet operators, has also undergone the changes assigned to RoadBASE for Windows. This means the Windows layout is available to all fleet operators, regardless of fleet size, requirements or budget.
