Minorplanet triples turnover

TURNOVER tripled to £6.1 million (1999: £2.2 million) in the six months to February 29, 2000 at telemetric-based vehicle management information provider Minorplanet Systems with the business returning a pre-tax profit of £73,000 (1999: loss of £896,000).

Sales increased 278% from 1,488 to 5,619 during the period with the number of customers reaching 702-204 new customers in the six months under review compared to 240 for the whole of last year.
