Novel switches to Lease Plan

INTERNET services software provider Novell UK has switched its 220-strong fleet to Lease Plan after experiencing 'poor service levels' from an unnamed previous supplier.

Using Lease Plan's open calculation product, where any savings made throughout the duration of the open-ended contract are returned to the customer, the company will also provide Novell with accident management and breakdown and recovery through LPAssist via the RAC. Novell will also use Lease Plan's On-Line e-commerce service enabling fleet administration tasks to be undertaken on the internet.
