CAR Fleet Control has split its client services department into two teams for leasing and general fleet software. The change is designed to provide 'fast track problem solving' for customers by ensuring their call is routed as quickly as possible to a member of the team that can help them.

Director Jason Francis said: 'Because our range has now grown to four different products, we have an increasingly diverse customer base and the existing client services set-up did not suit them all equally well.' Two additional staff have been recruited to the client services team and a new telephone number - 0121-697 6645 - has been issued to leasing customers.
