LeasePlan outsources accident management to Aon

LEASEPLAN has appointed Aon to handle all its accident management services in a five-year outsourcing deal.

Aon's Motor Accident Management division (AMAM) will manage insurance claims administration for LeasePlan's 120,000-vehicle fleet.

AMAM is the UK's largest accident management company, and is part of one of the world's largest insurance corporations, while LeasePlan is the UK's largest leasing and fleet management company with a significant stake in the European market.

Both companies said the deal could ultimately lead to a wider relationship which would encompass Aon and LeasePlan's global activities.
