Peugeot to recall 38,600 406s

PEUGEOT is recalling 38,600 406 models to check a screw fitted in the rear wheel axle unit. The recall affects more than 3,300 cars in the UK, but production dates cannot be pinpointed.

Drivers will be contacted individually. A spokesman said the recall was a precaution and there had been no accidents as a result of the fault.
