Rosebys directors cut their tax bills

MANN Egerton Vehicle Contracts has arranged a personal contract finance scheme for the directors of household textile retailer Rosebys. The top brass were set to see their tax bills rocket under the new carbon dioxide-based company car tax regime as their executive cars have high CO2 figures.

By moving the Audi TT, S-type Jaguar, BMW 330 and Mercedes CL 230 Kompressor to an ownership scheme, through MEVC's PCP product Signature, their car benefit-in-kind tax liabilities have been slashed.
