New SEAT boss appointed

KEVIN James has been appointed the new director of SEAT UK. James has worked in the Volkswagen Group for 14 years, and brings experience gained in group service, franchise development and finance.

He will shortly leave his position as joint managing director of Volkswagen Financial Services, beginning his new role on April 2. James will succeed John Abbot, who has been director of SEAT UK since July 1999, and is leaving to pursue opportunities in the retail motor business.
