Kwik-Fit restructures to improve customer service

KWIK-Fit has appointed former Jessups Vehicle Contracts managing director Simon English as director of the firm as part of a major restructuring. English was managing director of the firm until it was sold to Interleasing last year, when he oversaw the integration of Jessups' customer base into the new organisation.

He will report directly to Ron Bambra, managing director group fleet, for Kwik-Fit. As part of the restructure, announced at the Fleet Show this week, head of national accounts Nigel Davies will have five client-dedicated account managers reporting to him, who are in turn supported by three specialist product managers. Back office support at the firm's St Albans headquarters in Hertfordshire has also been reorganised to provide dedicated client-handling services.
