Aimed at senior fleet decision-makers, the congress will take place at the Princesa Sofia Inter-Continental Hotel in Barcelona on November 21/22. It is organised by Fleet NewsNet's sister-title Fleet News Europe in association with the European Car and Truck Rental Association (ECATRA).
Confirmed speakers include John Wormald of influential consultancy firm autopolis, which was asked to prepare a report on block exemption by the European Commission; Tony Elliott of debis Car Fleet Management; Leonardo Buzzavo of the International Car Distribution Programme and Rick Yarrow of Automotive Directions.
Together with speakers yet to be confirmed, they will also examine pan-European new and used car prices, and other key European fleet issues. Last year's event attracted more than 200 senior delegates.
