##congress--right##FANCY a brace of tickets to the UK sporting occasion of your choice this year?

Then all you have to do is complete this form, and you'll automatically be entered into a prize draw. By taking part, you'll also be helping us compile the biggest piece of research into the likely impact of next year's tax changes, whose findings will be revealed at the prestigious Fleet News UK Congress.

In a link-up with this website, Fleet News is questioning fleet decision makers while Ford is quizzing company car drivers via its Talkback magazine for views on key issues related to the tax changes.

Hopes are high that more than 20,000 fleet decision-makers and company car drivers will take part in the research with the findings revealed at this year's Fleet News Congress, which will be held on Wednesday, November 7 at the Inter-Continental Hotel, Hyde Park Corner, London.

Fleet News editor Ashley Martin urged all Fleet NewsNet readers to complete the survey:'By conducting the research project we can find out views and then convey those to Government, manufacturers, contract hire and leasing companies and other interested parties to help fleets and individuals make tax-efficient decisions.'

All participants will automatically be entered in a free draw with tickets to the UK sporting event of the winner's choice up for grabs*. Runners-up prizes of ten 12-month subscriptions to Emap magazines are also on offer.

This year's Congress is being sponsored by Ford and Ford Business Partner and is being organised in conjunction with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.

Liberal Democrat peer and member of the Government-backed Motorists' Forum Baroness Ros Scott will speak at Congress 2001 in November.

She is also vice-chairman of the Local Government Association Transport Executive and its representative on the Motorists' Forum, where she chairs the working group on car clubs and car sharing. Scott speaks on transport and local government issues from the Liberal Democrat benches in the House of Lords.

The Congress has also assembled top line speakers from the Government, Inland Revenue and fleet sector to address the key issues facing fleets and leasing companies.
