Hertz expands into Turkey

CAR rental company Hertz has expanded its European network by appointing Asya Rent a Car as its new franchisee in Turkey.

The company has previous Hertz experience having operated as a sub-franchisee of the company in several resort areas of Southern Turkey. This new agreement extends its presence to operations at major airports.

Hertz director of franchise operations Neville Cheetham said: 'We have had a successful relationship with Asya Rent a Car in the southern locations it operates today and are confident they will meet our customers' high expectations at the important locations they will now manage under this new agreement.'
