Raising the roof

VAUXHALL has confirmed it will introduce a coupe/roadster in 2004 with an electric folding roof. Kevin Wale, Vauxhall managing director, said: 'This car is another important milestone on our way to having attractive niche models accounting for about 20% of our product range. The new coupe-roadster promises drivers a lot of fun.'

The car, whose name will be announced later, will be built by French coachbuilder Groupe Henri Heuliez.
