May 2000: MOSCOW, London and New York are the most expensive cities in the world for the business traveller, according to the Runzheimer Guide to Daily Travel Prices. Runzheimer International, the management consulting firm, has calculated that three meals plus one night's accommodation costs $445 in London, $403 in New York, and $391 in Moscow.
