INTERNATIONAL leasing network European Fleet Funding and Management (EFFAM) – which includes HSBC Vehicle Management in the UK - has announced the joining of two new members: ARM Autoleasing in the Netherlands and its sister company J&T Autolease Belgium.

They cover the Benelux region and replace TOP Lease within the EFFAM alliance. TOP Lease is now owned by ING Car Lease.

The new EFFAM members are part of Netherlands-based Kroymans Corporation, an international marketing, sales and distribution organisation, active in automotive and industrial markets, with operations concentrated in the Benelux countries, and further afield in Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Russia, the UK as well as the Middle East the Far East and the USA.

Its car leasing activities are concentrated in the Netherlands and Belgium where it currently manages a fleet of more than 16,000 vehicles.

EFFAM is co-ordinated by HSBC Vehicle Finance in the UK, and Steve Simpson, head of European development at HSBC, said: 'EFFAM will work with TOP Lease to ensure that services to existing customers are not affected. We are very pleased to welcome ARM Autoleasing and J&T Autolease Belgium as our new members for the Benelux. Their full-service concept will help maintain EFFAM's clear focus on customer service.'

ARM Autoleasing director Eric van Vliet said: 'Membership of the EFFAM organisation will help us to meet the requirements of our customers for pan-European leasing and we are pleased to join EFFAM, which has an excellent reputation for service.'
