More power for C3

CITROEN has launched a more powerful version of the C3 1.4HDi, offering customers an extra 22bhp for a price premium of £330.

The 16-valve version is available in SX and Exclusive trim, and is priced respectively at £11,295 and £12,295 on the road.

Fuel economy and emissions are close to the existing 70bhp eight-valve version – currently the lowest carbon dioxide emitting diesel car on sale in the UK along with the Renault Clio 1.5dCi at 110g/km.

The new car has a CO2 emissions figure of 112g/km and a combined fuel economy figure of 65.7mpg.
