Vans help the aged

HELP the Aged is celebrating the handover of the 1,500th vehicle supplied as part of its SeniorMobility campaign.

Sandhurst Day Centre, in Berkshire, received the minibus, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 311 CDi, which is used to transport residents and was bought with the help of a grant from the local Help the Aged committee.

On average, 65 vehicles per year are handed over by Help the Aged.
