HAMWORTHY Combustion Engineering, a manufacturer of combustion equipment to the power, marine and petrochemical industries, has signed up Elite Incident Management to deal with its accident claims.

Elite will provide the firm's fleet of 95 cars and 5 vans, with a 24-hour dedicated hotline, access to Elite's national network of accredited repairers, full incident recovery including vehicle collection and delivery, provision of courtesy cars and access to the Elite website. The website will be customised and branded as a Hamworthy facility, enabling users to review and manage the claims and accident management process.
