NATIONAL Tyres and Autocare has become the first fast-fit customer to sign up to the internet-based 1Link Service Network. It will operate the network through its branded website offering fleet maintenance and management services both online and through its call centre. It will be used across the company's fast-fit network.

National Fleet's sales director Kevin Peck said: 'This innovation is about making the processes through which we serve fleet customers much more efficient. That means moving away from labour-intensive, paper-based systems to online processes that are faster, more accurate and more cost-effective.'
