Ford Ranger aids kayak challenge

SAS world record breaker Peter Bray, who is planning to circumnavigate Newfoundland by kayak, has used a Ford Ranger to help overcome the first challenge in his journey.

The adventuturer, who holds the world record for crossing the Atlantic by kayak single-handedly, is using the Ford to get his waterborne transport to its starting point. Bray will also be also using the Ford Ranger to appear at exhibitions up and down the country.

His progress will be reported and updated on his website www.spiritofthesea.co.uk.
