RENAULT has won a contract to supply 150 Kangoo diesel vans to a telephone box maintenance company.
Lojics Resource Services is adding the vans to its 500-vehicle fleet which are used across the country to maintain BT's network of telephone boxes. It chose the models because of low running costs and dealer back-up.
Lojics' managing director Clive Howard said: 'With one-man operated units averaging up to 35,000 miles a year through the more remote parts of the country, the support of the Renault network is invaluable.'
The vans, part of a £1.5 million deal including maintenance, have been provided by ING Car Lease.
