DRIVE & SURVIVE's Andy Neale has resigned from his position as managing director and has accepted a role as consultant on driving events for the group's principal clients.

Neale will remain a shareholder of the company, while several new positions within the group have been created.

Former HR and IT manager Neil Ross has joined the board and will become the new general manager. Bill Price has been appointed as a new executive chairman and additional board members include Jack Nickolls and Mark Edwards.

Price said: 'Andy Neale has made a major contribution over the years and we wish him well. As we now enter this new era, the revised management team intends to consolidate our reputation and continue to develop the company's portfolio.'
