The firm has bought Fleet Management (Ireland), the commercial fleet management organisation serving Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland's public and private fleet operators.
Fleet Management (Ireland)'s fleet comprises 800 commercial vehicles managed by three divisions within the group.
