DISTANCE tutoring company The Learning Library has had 70 Citroen Xsara Picassos delivered through Lombard in a deal worth £1 million.
With The Learning Library committing to a full maintenance contract hire agreement over three years, and a further 10 vehicles to be delivered, the contract could rise to £1.2 million.
The Learning Library provides distance learning courses for book-keeping, and the vehicles will be used by the organisation's course advisers to travel to seminars and meetings.
Derek Baber, operations director of The Learning Library, said: 'Lombard's competitive pricing and the speed of vehicle availability were key to us. These vehicles will improve efficiency for our course leaders, allowing them to manage their travelling time more effectively.'
