JAGUAR is using Chevin Fleet Solutions' internet-based fleet management software, FleetWave.

The manufacturer, along with sister-company Land Rover, will use the software to manage its fleet of 8,000 vehicles that include company and press cars, engineers' vehicles and transporters. FleetWave will be based on Jaguar's intranet and will go live next month.

Chevin Fleet Solutions' regional sales manager Scott Jenkins said: 'FleetWave replaces in-house technology. The use of the new web-based technology will put Jaguar and Land Rover at the cutting-edge of fleet management enabling vehicles across the various fleets to be managed more easily.'
