SIX readers have won Stoplock Professional steering wheel immobilisers in a competition organised by Fleet News and Saxon, a partner in the Home Office campaign to reduce vehicle crime.

First to be pulled out of the hat after entering the competition in the February 11 edition of Fleet News were: John Sidebottom, of Bradford Hospitals NHS Trust, Brian Macdonald from Rossshire, Bill Long from Birmingham, M Tadman from Asheridge Management College, Louise Sleight from Bury, Lancs, and D Hutchinson from Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Theft from and of vehicles is the single largest crime in the UK and affects commercial vehicles as well as private cars. Stoplock Professional is used in crime reduction initiatives by police forces throughout the UK.
