VAUXHALL dealer Charvills is offering fleets in Essex and Hertfordshire a free brake safety check this month as it campaigns against the number of brake-related accidents in the UK.

The check will include a free brake fluid change and an inspection of the brakes, looking for leaks and general wear and tear. John Dilley, group service manager at Charvills, said: 'With modern cars, people are leaving longer intervals between services and a lot can happen in 10,000 miles.'
