THE Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO) is holding its AGM today (Thursday) and was due to announce the results of elections to fill three vacancies on its board of directors.

ACFO chairman Tony Leigh is retiring by rotation and is offering himself for re-election. Also contesting the election are David Dippie, chairman of ACFO's London west region and the founder of Ashbrooke Fleet Management; Brian Ingham, founder of Ace Vehicle Deliveries and an ACFO member for 12 years, and Julie Jenner, chairman of ACFO's East Anglia region and fleet manager for Nokia UK and Ireland.

The two other board vacancies were created by the decision of fleet consultant Malcolm Dungworth, a director of ACFO for four years, to resign for personal reasons and long-serving Vic Barnes, who retires under the age rule and is not available for re-election.

Details will be announced next week
