THE Fleet News Get Trained campaign moves to its second stage next week, with latest figures showing fleets operating more than £160 million worth of vehicles are asking for help through the initiative.

The total fleet size of the companies that have registered with our campaign is now more than 10,000 vehicles, with fleet sizes ranging from three vehicles to more than 1,000.

In the second part of the campaign, we will work with fleet training providers to match your requirements with courses. We can also work with training providers to ensure that bespoke courses are created to meet specific needs.

Fleet News will then provide each fleet that has registered with us details of the training courses that are available to meet its needs.

The campaign was launched after we revealed that untrained fleet managers could be costing their employers hundreds of thousands of pounds every year because they do not have the right skills to run company fleet vehicles.
