Car phone offer TOAD is offering fleets out-of-hours fitting of hands-free in-car mobile phone kits in a bid to minimise the time vehicles are off the road.

The move coincides with the Government's decision to make the use of mobile phones while driving illegal. Toad's mobile engineers will install the kits at a location chosen by the driver.
